Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe to rotate private PDFs here?

Yes. Rotation happens entirely inside your browser using JavaScript — your file is never uploaded to a server.

How do I select specific pages?

Use the Pages field with commas and dashes. For example: 1-3, 5, 8-10 selects pages 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, and 10. Type all to rotate every page.

Can I use angles that aren't multiples of 90?

Yes. Any angle works (e.g. 45°, −30°, 123°). Angles that are not multiples of 90 modify the page content stream directly rather than just the rotation metadata. Content is rotated around the page centre -- but since the page's own dimensions don't change, corners of the rotated content can get clipped at the page edges. Only 90°, 180°, and 270° avoid this entirely.

Does this work on password-protected PDFs?

Not currently — remove password protection first if your PDF requires one to open.
